Review Guidelines
Reviews help neighbors find good spots and help local places get better. Every review gets a quick check before it appears.
1. Share your own experience
Write about a visit you actually made. Honest, first-hand experiences only — no hearsay, and no reviewing a place you own, work for, or have family ties to.
2. Keep it clean
No threats, hate, or harassment. Don't post anyone's personal info — names of staff, phone numbers, addresses, or photos of people.
3. No spam or ads
No promotions, links to other businesses, or copy-pasted reviews.
4. Negative reviews are welcome
A bad experience is worth sharing. Reviews are never removed for being negative — only for breaking these rules.
5. Sponsorship never affects ratings
Best Sac sponsors get no say over their reviews or stars. Sponsors are reviewed exactly like everyone else.
